Jay Cobb, Founder & President

Hi-Tech Home is Central California’s leading electronic systems provider specializing in the design, sales, and installation of entertainment, security, and energy management services. We provide services to a vast number of homeowners, homebuilders, businesses, commercial developers, architects, and interior designers.

Hi-Tech Home offers competitively priced and easy-to-use systems ranging from a couple hundred dollars to several hundred thousand dollars, based on the goals and objectives of our customers. Regardless of the size, our mission is to provide the best workmanship and experience for our customers.

Hi-Tech Home evolved from a challenging experience Jay Cobb had at his personal residence while working with an electronic systems provider. This company didn’t seem to understand his vision, his budget, and the aesthetic importance of blending electronics into décor. With his background in technology and business ownership, and a passion for home entertainment, he set out to provide a better experience for the customer. From the beginning, he built the business based on one very simple principle: treat the customer the same way you would want to be treated.

We have been involved in some of the largest projects in the valley including GB3 sports clubs, Doghouse Grill, Peachwood Medical, Fresno County, Copper River Country Club, Mission Foods, Ruiz Foods, Sikh Institute, Weber BMW, Office & VentureBay, Morgan Stanley, Zinkin Development, Tutelian Development, Lance Kashian & Co., Cornerstone Homes, McCaffrey Homes, Gary McDonald Homes, BenArt Homes, RJ Hill Homes, Lennar and hundreds of other residential and commercial projects.

At Hi-Tech Home we understand that lasting relationships can only be built by demonstrating integrity, trust, commitment, and dependability. Above all else, we value the relationships we develop with our customers. We are confident that you will find our service, attention to detail, and commitment to your satisfaction to be the best in the industry.

Beyond actively supporting different causes in our community we commonly donate auction items to many schools and organizations including the Make-A-Wish foundation, St. Agnes foundation, and Valley Children’s Hospital in an effort to help raise funds.

"Hi Jay, I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving with your family. I just wanted to thank you again for bringing the meal on Thursday. I had a woman named Jane (her family has been here for 3 weeks with a child that is having lung complications) she left a message on my phone crying because she couldn’t believe that amidst everything that her family was going through, they could still celebrate Thanksgiving together. Thank you for that gift. "
